Extended description of the purpose(s) of processing

We will process your data for administrative, accounting and tax management purposes, as well as advertising and commercial prospecting.

Contractual purposes:

To enter into, maintain and monitor compliance with the service provision contracts you have with us.
To comply with legal obligations arising from our activity.

Purposes based on legitimate interest:

To carry out commercial actions to offer and/or recommend Gilmar services that may be of interest to you.
To share your data with companies within the Gilmar group, where you contract the services of any of them through Gilmar; in such case, only the data necessary for the execution of the contract will be shared.
To process and/or share your data with third parties (Public Authorities) in order to prevent, investigate and/or detect fraud.
You may object to any of the processing activities above based on legitimate interest by writing to the address mentioned above and explaining the reason for your objection.

Disclosures and transfers

During the processing period, CONSULTING INMOBILIARIO GILMAR S.A. will carry out the legally required disclosures, manage relationships with banking institutions, and share data with organisations or persons directly related to the controller.
