Living in Santo Domingo

Our office is located in the Santo Domingo Shopping Centre, from where we provide property services to all residential developments along the A-1 corridor.

Ciudalcampo, a residential development between San Sebastián de los Reyes and Colmenar Viejo, is regarded as one of Madrid’s finest residential areas. It occupies a natural setting within the Parque Regional de la Cuenca Alta del Manzanares, only 28 kilometres from the capital via the A-1, with convenient connections to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, the IFEMA exhibition centre and the Campo de las Naciones business district.

This privileged setting has extensive private green areas and shared services including an internal bus route, a post office and 24-hour security, with controlled access and street patrols. It is also home to the RACE Sports Club, where residents enjoy tennis, golf and equestrian sports. Riders have the further advantage of the nearby Real Sociedad Hípica Española Club de Campo.
