We focus on the residential and investment markets of Costa Adeje and the surrounding area, one of southern Tenerife’s most sought-after locations for main homes, second residences and holiday rentals. Costa Adeje is one of the leading residential and tourist areas in south-west Tenerife and, together with Playa de las Américas-Los Cristianos and Puerto de la Cruz, one of the island’s three principal destinations. It extends along the coast of the municipality of Adeje, around seven kilometres from the historic town, and includes well-known areas such as El Duque, La Caleta, Fañabé, Torviscas, San Eugenio and Playa Paraíso.
Its climate is the greatest attraction. Almost 300 days of sunshine each year and an average temperature of around 24°C make it possible to enjoy the sea in every season. The coastline extends for approximately 26 kilometres, with more than a dozen beaches and coves connected by the seafront promenade. El Duque provides the most exclusive atmosphere, with five-star hotels, while La Caleta retains the character of a former fishing village.
Beyond the beach, the area offers an extensive range of leisure, sport and services: the 18-hole Golf Costa Adeje course with ocean views, Siam Park water park and the Puerto Colón marina. Activities range from scuba diving and whale watching to shopping centres and first-class hotel facilities. Tenerife South Airport and the TF-1 motorway provide outstanding connections with the rest of the island.
