Jesús López Mayoral is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of GILMAR Consulting Inmobiliario, a role he has held since 2017 within a company where he has worked for more than 25 years. He holds a degree in Physics from the University of Granada and is an expert in information technology and strategic consultancy applied to the property sector.
Certified by Google in Analytics and Advertising, he has led GILMAR’s digital transformation through pioneering artificial intelligence projects: from semantic property search to the unification of communications between agents and clients. Microsoft highlighted GILMAR as a success story at its Microsoft Envision AI Connection event, where the technology giant underlined how the company’s multimodal AI can analyse visual patterns in properties to offer clients similar homes. In 2026, he took part as a speaker in the panel on artificial intelligence in the property sector at SIMA Madrid.
His vision is grounded in real practice: more than two decades solving the specific technological challenges of an estate agency, rather than approaching them from external consultancy.
